One SUV that needs no real introduction is Land Rover’s elegantly designed 2012 Range Rover Sport. The staple automotive vehicle capable of making its way through the roughest terrain without a hitch, has been upgraded in all the right places for the upcoming year. Having seen its fair share of small but important tweaks over the last few seasons, this model gets a big boost with all new eight-gear Transmission coupled with a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 engine. Not only that, it’s a bit more driver friendly with driver controls that include steering wheel paddles as standard enabling manual shifting of the gears. The exterior on the Limited Edition comes equipped with the Gloss Black five-spoke wheels with Diamond Turned face. Arguably the most luxurious SUV in its class, Land Rover decided to grace the interior with a number of makeover designs as well. Inside you’ll find a next generation 7-inch touch-screen offering Dual View technology so navigation and watching your favorite blockbuster film should be a breeze. Look for the 2012 Range Rover Sport to hit dealers later this year. [via]
