Over the weekend, Mercedes-Benz sent out a press release revealing the second generation CLS. The four-door coupe will make its debut at the 2010 Paris motor show.  Mercedes-Benz created a completely new look with the second generation CLS, while still bearing some of the main design components from its predecessor.

The interior of the 2012 CLS-Class is distinguished by a timeless design which combines discreet elegance with innovative details and handcrafted perfection. The refined interior compliments the use of high-quality trim elements, located on the instrument panels, center console and door linings. Customers can choose between high-gloss brown burl walnut or high-gloss black ash. For an even more progressive look, black piano lacquer or carbon fiber trim elements are also available. New CLS customers will be able to choose from five different interior colors and four types of premium leather.

No official engine specs have been disclosed but eMercedesBenz predicts the new CLS will sport a 3.5-liter direct-injected V6 and for those looking for more power, an optional 4.6-liter V8 that fetches 430 horsepower will be available and a AMG edition that could sport a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8.  [via]  Check out HD images and video of the 2012 CLS after the jump, Read more…

Los Angeles based artist JaQLyn Dutch is gearing up for her 1st show on 10/10/10 and she has cooked up these very clever images to get the word out. She has remade movie images from The Shining, American Beauty, and Silence of The Lambs, but today she took the Bastard route and remade the classic album cover from Hip-hop’s favorite degenerate, ODB. Beer maker Dos Equis recently unveiled its limited edition bottle designs with New York-based street artist KAWS. These limited edition bottles are available in both Lager and Amber forms, the bottles, in respectably green and brown colorways, prominently features KAWS’ iconic “X eyes” design in an all-over pattern. I know y’all are amped about football season starting (I’ve been checking out plenty pre-season games on NFL Networks), but I can’t wait for the overall theatrics of what football season means…tailgate parties, Sundays, fantasy leagues, sh*t-talking and BEER!!!!
