B:Scott Spring 2010 Collection Lookbook

Finding new talent in the world isn’t always as easy as it seems. Finding talent within yourself is. This is the case with designer Brandon Scott who recently launch his own label B:Scott in 2009. After a stint with Nice Collective out in San Francisco, working as head designer at B.Son, he now unveils to us his spring 2010 collection from his own line. B:SCOTT embodies the fusion of Japanese and German aesthetics, not over-designing, but rather using lines with a purpose. There is no denying that the pieces in the collection are fresh but the Plaid Shawl Jacket (above) is definitely our favorite. It features invisible zipper pockets on both sides of the chest and has an asymmetrical plaid insert on the back. It is lined in thin black cotton and has leather shank buttons.
